Download this and you can put a little chibi Ryoko on an active window. This program is from Excess Muyo! To get it to work, after you open up the program, right-click on the icon that appears somewhere on your toolbar. Click where it says Change Module and select the file Ryoko.wtm. And presto! Chibi Ryoko is sitting on top of a window! :)
